At a loss with .nzb file results... help!?

I'm on a mac using Hogwasher as a newsreader and Asar's NZB Drop. I downloaded an nzb file, dropped it on the NZB icon and voilą! -- I have a folder with the following:






I don't know what to do with this!     I know this is unforgivably ignorant, but could someone please help? Many many thanks!

Since the screenshot I wanted to include didn't appear, I wanted to show an .rar file and six .par2 files.

First you'll want to check whether the download succeeded without errors. Macpar deluxe is a program to do that with. it will also try to repair the download using the par2 files.
After the check/repair is done extract the .rar archive.

That is basically it. Since I don't have a MAC myself, I can't give you details, sorry.
