nzb file suppose to be rar but got empty text file

Hi,

I'm new at this nzb file downloading and it's not really working out.
How is this suppose to be understood? Searched on binsearch.info and got the following:

01.07.2014 - NOT A BOOK - Stephen King - The Green Mile (retail) (epub).rar = 14025-20708-4126.rar.txt (1/1)[/size]

I've tried to download the nzb. But where's the file ? I know it says NOT A BOOK, but what is it then ?
